Stakeholders Survey (PDF)

Stakeholders Survey

The Three Lakes Waterfront Association (TWLA) is in the process of completing
comprehensive management plans for all 18 lakes in the Three Lakes Chain. Among
other components, these projects involve water quality sampling, invasive and native
aquatic plant surveys, watershed and shoreline assessments, and a survey of lake
stakeholders. So far, the TLWA has successfully applied for over $212,000 in state
grants to fund 75% of the costs involved in completing management plans for 9 of the 18
lakes.

An important component in the development of an effective lake management plan is the
input of the people that use and care for the lake. This survey is being distributed to you
and your neighbors in order to give Three Lakes Chain Stakeholders the opportunity to
express their views and concerns. The results of the survey will be incorporated into the
management plan of the lake you reside on.

The questionnaire is designed to be easy to understand and complete. All answers and
Comments will remain anonymous. This is your opportunity to be heard regarding the
current and historic conditions of your lake and its future management. Please print the attached PDF Document from this link Stakeholders Survey (PDF) and answer all questions to the best of your abilities, then mail the completed survey to:

If you have questions regarding this survey, the TLWA, or the lake management planning
project, please feel free to contact Jerry Schiedt at 715-546-4293.

Sincerely,
Ed Jacobsen, President
